Julian Arndt

Director

Julian provides specialist employment and industrial relations advice and advocacy for employers.

His particular expertise is in the Fair Work Act, the Fair Work Commission and in the owner driver jurisdiction of NSW. For over 10 years he has worked as an advisor to a broad range of businesses.

Julian has experience in bargaining and enterprise agreements, employment law and employee claims, external engagement, industrial advocacy, owner drivers and investigations.

Claudia Simmons

Associate

Claudia is based in our Newcastle office and practices in the areas of workplace law and industrial relations. She has demonstrated experience in legal research and document drafting and can assist with a range of employment and industrial issues.

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Laws with a Diploma of Legal Practice (LLB) (Honours). She was admitted as a solicitor to practice in the New South Wales Supreme Court in February 2021.
