Under the new Aged Care Act 2024, all providers of Australian Government-funded aged care services must be registered with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Under the new Act, providers have new obligations and registration requirements, must comply with registration conditions and renew their registration to continue to deliver aged care services.
