Where conflict cannot be resolved at the workplace level, Kate is experienced in representing employers in relation to unfair dismissal claims, general protections claims and notifications of dispute in the relevant tribunal.

As a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Kate can help your business de-escalate workplace disputes by facilitating a process of recognised standards in mediation, avoiding costly litigation and courts. 

Julian Arndt

Director

Julian provides specialist employment and industrial relations advice and advocacy for employers.

His particular expertise is in the Fair Work Act, the Fair Work Commission and in the owner driver jurisdiction of NSW. For over 10 years he has worked as an advisor to a broad range of businesses.

Julian has experience in bargaining and enterprise agreements, employment law and employee claims, external engagement, industrial advocacy, owner drivers and investigations.
