Matt Whineray - Chair, CSF

Matt is Chair of Toitu Tahua, the Centre for Sustainable Finance. He is also Chair of FirstCape Group, Netball New Zealand, and the Independent Reference Group advising the Ministry for the Environment on the development of a Climate Change Adaptation Framework for New Zealand.

Rebekah Cain - Chief Sustainability Officer, BNZ

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Rebekah leads the strategic development and implementation of BNZ's approach and disclosure to climate and sustainability at the Bank of New Zealand. Rebekah is responsible for delivering BNZ’s commitments under the UNEP FI Principles for Responsible Banking and helping the business support customers and communities towards a low emission, resilient future for the long term. Rebekah joined BNZ from Genesis Energy where she led the regulatory and government relations team. Prior to that Rebekah was a financial markets lawyer with financial market regulators in New Zealand and London, England, the London Stock Exchange and Goldman Sachs International.
