Greatland Resources Limited 2025 Annual General Meeting

For those unable to attend the AGM in-person, the meeting will be broadcast online from 3.00pm AWST on Thursday 13 November 2025 - please register below.

Shareholders attending online will be able to view and listen to the presentations, however they will be unable to participate in the voting on resolutions.

Please refer to the Notice of Meeting which can be found at https://www.greatland.com.au/investors/shareholder-meetings/ on how to submit your vote.

If you would like to submit a question prior to the AGM, you can do so in the field provided below. Pre-meeting questions can be submitted up to five business days before the AGM, being Wednesday, 5 November 2025.

Select Tools from the top menu
Choose Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down until you see the section labelled Scripting
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK

Select the menu icon on the browser toolbar
Select Settings
Click the Show advanced settings... link then Content Settings in the Privacy section
Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) and click Done

Safari (Mac)

Select Safari from the top menu
Choose Preferences
Choose Security
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
