Learning Objectives:

Home Care Workers play a vital role in supporting older people to remain comfortable, cared for, and respected in their own homes. By recognising the signs that a person may be approaching death and responding appropriately, Home Care Workers can make a meaningful difference to the experience of the person and their family.

This webinar will provide practical guidance, tools, and resources to support Home Care Workers in delivering safe, compassionate, and person‑centred end‑of‑life care at home.

Our expert panel will discuss:

  • Recognising the signs and symptoms of dying
  • Responding to common symptoms in the last days of life
  • Building knowledge, confidence, and skills to care for a dying person and their family in a home care setting.

A recording of the webinar will be sent to all registered participants once it becomes available.
